Production ERP Responsible
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious production responsible, with experience in coordinating teams, who can bring structure, predictability, and operational discipline, transforming existing systems (ERP, digital) into real management instruments, not just supervisory tools.

Responsibilities:
- Directly coordinates a team of 12–14 people
- Indirectly coordinates 6–7 people (semi-autonomous team)
- Organizes and predicts production
- Reduces delays
- Stabilizes quality
- Implements real planning in ERP
- Transforms the existing digital system into an active management instrument
Requirements:
- Experience in technical production coordination (preferably electrical panels / industrial equipment)
- Experience in unique projects / small series
- Oriented towards process and structure
- Comfortable with ERP and digitalization
- Implements real planning in ERP (not just supervisory)
