- Coordination of activities in the production department
- Planning and monitoring of production flow to respect delivery terms

- Ensuring quality of parts according to standards and customer requirements
- Organizing the production team and supporting daily activities
- Integrating and supporting new hires in the production process

- Experience in mechanical processing through machining
- Techincal knowledge solid regarding the use of strands and grinders
