Responsabil ofertare proiecte instalatii HVAC
You have experience in technical-economic tendering and want to coordinate major projects in installations? Join our team and play a key role in developing installation offers for civil, industrial, hydraulic or infrastructure construction projects.
What will you do?
- Coordinate the complete tender process (public + private);
- Plan activities;
- Analyze tender documents, technical projects, specific requirements;
- Solicit and negotiate offers from suppliers/subcontractors;
- Prepare or verify technical-economic documentation;
- Collaborate with internal teams: acquisitions, finance, installation, technology;
- Respond to client phone calls and offer clarifications, negotiations, and support for the offer in relation to clients;
- Use electronic platforms made available for tenders (VICTA/NECESIT/DAIBAU/SEAP);
Your profile
- Experience in tendering or construction projects;
- Good analytical and communication skills;
- Knowledge about HVAC system components and technical norms in the field.
