The Ideal Candidate
Role Description:
The ERP / Business Applications Responsible will actively support the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ERP system, collaborating closely with functional departments (finance, production, logistics, sales) to understand business needs and contribute to efficient solutions. They will work alongside the IT team and external vendors, gradually developing their expertise in the complete management of the business applications ecosystem.
The ERP / Business Applications Responsible will actively support the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ERP system, collaborating closely with functional departments (finance, production, logistics, sales) to understand business needs and contribute to efficient solutions. They will work alongside the IT team and external vendors, gradually developing their expertise in the complete management of the business applications ecosystem.
Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Support in the daily administration and configuration of the ERP system
- Participation in implementation, upgrade, or expansion projects of ERP modules
- Gathering requirements from users in various departments and transmitting them to the technical team/vendors
- Providing support to users and resolving current issues
- Participation in testing new functionalities and data migrations
- Contribution to the documentation of ERP processes, workflows, and configurations
- Identifying specific opportunities for optimizing existing processes
- Support in organizing training sessions for users
- Monitoring the correct functioning of the system and reporting any malfunctions.
Requirements:
- Completed or in-progress university studies (IT, Economics, Engineering, or related fields)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the administration, support, or implementation of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of business processes (finance, supply chain, production, sales)
- Notion of SQL and familiarity with database structure are an advantage
- Good level of English, written and spoken
- Good skills in using the MS Office suite (especially Excel)
- Interest in continuous development in the ERP area and process digitalization
