Ideal Candidate

• Higher education in a technical construction field, or secondary education with relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of laboratory results analysis and interpretation
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
• Category B driver's license

Job Description

• Planning and coordinating laboratory testing activities in accordance with established standards and procedures
• Supervising the laboratory team and ensuring deadlines are met
• Participates in quality control activities carried out both on-site and within the laboratory.
• Maintains and applies the procedures of the Quality Management System implemented in the laboratory.
• Ensures effective and constant communication with the constructor's representatives and the laboratory manager for transmitting test results, clarifying technical aspects, and coordinating activities.
• Performs necessary preliminary checks before conducting tests and trials.
• Performs tests and measurements on concrete samples and concrete elements (beams, columns, slabs, etc.).
• Records and reports test results in specific documents and applications.
• Ensures the proper use, verification, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
