Business Manager (Key Account Manager)

We are looking for a Business Manager (Key Account Manager), a results-oriented individual with strong client relationship coordination and development skills. In this role, you will manage complex industrial automation projects, coordinating the operational, technical, and financial aspects of the project portfolio. Additionally, from this position, you will be responsible for developing the client portfolio in accordance with the business strategy. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and external partners, playing an essential role in achieving objectives, increasing project performance, and strengthening long-term client relationships.

🎯 What you will do with us:

Project Management

·       Manage industrial automation projects throughout their execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and contractual requirements.

·       Plan the necessary resources for efficient project execution, together with the Project Managers.

·       Monitor project performance and implement corrective measures when necessary.

·       Manage the technical, operational, and financial risks associated with the projects.

Commercial Development

·       You are the main point of contact for clients in the portfolio throughout the projects.

·       Prospect the market for new clients in accordance with the business unit's strategy.

·       Develop and maintain professional relationships with beneficiaries, identifying collaboration and development opportunities.

·       Participate in the development of the project portfolio and the preparation of technical and commercial offers.

Financial Management of Projects

·       Monitor project profitability and adherence to established financial objectives.

·       Monitor costs, invoicing, and collections related to the coordinated projects.

Team Management and Internal Collaboration

·       Coordinate subordinate personnel and resources allocated to projects.

·       Evaluate the performance of subordinate personnel and contribute to their development.

·       Participate in the integration of new employees and knowledge transfer within the team.

·       Collaborate with support departments: finance, HR, procurement, quality, HSE, legal, and other relevant functions.

✅ You will need:

·       University degree, technical field

·       Professional experience – between 3-5 years of experience in managing complex industrial projects

·       Client orientation and ability to develop commercial relationships

·       Entrepreneurial spirit and results orientation

·       Proactivity and innovation

·       Analytical and negotiation skills

·       English Language – advanced level

·       Availability for travel (Driver's license cat. B)
