Candidate ideal:

• Higher education degree (Technical University of Construction),
• Experience in the field of construction;
• Legislative knowledge in the field;
• Rapid adaptability to changes;
• Able to work both individually and as part of a team,
• Analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills;
• Resistance to stress and availability for extended working hours,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office;
• Able to respect deadlines and orientation towards results,
• Having knowledge about quality in construction and the way to prepare a technical book of the construction constitutes an advantage.

Duties:

• Preparing and verifying quality documents on site and organizing the technical book of the construction;
• Assisting in the implementation of critical phases and controls organized by ISC (State Inspectorate for Construction);
• Verifying the site journal and meteorological register;
• Verifying the realization of analyses/verifications on site regarding quality in construction,
• Preparing and verifying concrete conditions;
• Verifying reports from testing laboratories issued by specialized laboratories in construction
• Verifying works that will be hidden and preparing process verbal records of hidden works
• Preparing and verifying the sampling register;
• Verifying declarations of conformity, technical approvals, user manuals, and accompanying certificates for materials used on site,
• Verifying the conformity of materials and equipment delivered to site, in relation to material approval forms and attached documentation.
