Driver Coordination Manager

We are looking for a Driver Coordination Manager to join our team.

We are looking for an organized, responsible, and communicative person, capable of managing multiple situations simultaneously and maintaining good communication with both drivers and dispatch.

Requirements

• Experience in road transport, logistics, dispatch, or driver coordination is an advantage;
• Very good communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work with multiple situations simultaneously;
• Seriousness, responsibility, and attention to detail;
• Proactive attitude and ability to find solutions;
• Good PC and Microsoft Excel operating skills;
• Ability to communicate effectively with both drivers and dispatchers;
• Driving license category B – mandatory
• Knowledge of the English language;

Responsibilities:

• recruitment and communication with drivers;
• monitoring drivers during their time at home and arranging their return to work;
• managing documents and expiration dates;
• organizing departures and monitoring driver shifts until their return to the garage;
• monitoring handover reports and associated documents following shifts;
• maintaining constant communication with drivers;
• resolving issues arising in relation to drivers and dispatchers.
• weekly checking of indices for maintenance and transmitting the situation to dispatch.
