Research and Development Responsible

We are looking for a passionate and creative Research and Development Responsible to join our team.

Job Description :

• Creating innovative products, as well as declination of existing products, suitable for modern retail shelves
• Coordinating projects that have the final goal of launching new products, with the entire technological process: documentation, study, research, recipe development, laboratory testing, factory testing, technology development and instructions
• Testing and validating manufacturing technologies in collaboration with the production team
• Creating technical documentation for new products, including product specifications, technical files, standardized recipes and raw material specifications
• Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements regarding labeling, food safety and quality standards

We are looking for a colleague who has:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering technology in the production of raw-processed foods/production manager/research and development function (experience in developing new recipes and technologies is an advantage)
• Higher education in food technology or chemical engineering, domain of food or control of food.
• Talent for product innovation, observation spirit of market innovations, ability to optimize recipes and work methods
• To be an advanced user of MS office
• Knowledge of English or German written and spoken at a minimum medium level and independent in conversations
• Personal skills: creativity, innovative spirit, attention to detail, good communication and collaboration skills with production teams, quality, procurement, sales and marketing teams
