About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi As a Resolution Specialist, you will work in partnership with the customer and our internal colleagues to implement the best solution to restore the relationship while acting in accordance with the legislation. In some instances, this may involve negotiating settlements or agreements that are fair and reasonable for all parties involved. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
