Who We Are: Applewood Centers is a private, non-profit agency, providing behavioral health services to children, youth and families in Northeast Ohio. What You Will Do: Provide individual, family and/or group therapy to clients with mental health and/or substance use disorders. Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention services. Complete required documentation within expected timeframes. Work collaboratively with the treatment team. Participate in individual and group supervision and staff meetings. Maintain professional licensure requirements. Maintain professional boundaries. What You Will Need: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Independent licensure (LISW, LPCC, or Psychologist) in the state of Ohio. Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred. Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. Must be able to pass a background check.
