Residential Support Worker - childrens & young people

Job Title: Children’s Residential Support Worker Location: Crawley Salary : From £27,581 per annum PLUS additional £3k - £6k per annum for sleep ins. Hours : Full-time, 39 hours per week working a rolling shift pattern, 2 on 4 off. We are looking for a children's support worker to become part of our loving family home, caring for young people who have sometimes emotional and behavioural difficulties. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding, to be able to work as part of a team and to be flexible with your working hours. The role will involve supporting children and young people in their daily routines, including personal care, education and leisure activities. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of the young people's progress and well-being. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people, and who has experience working with this age group.
