Job description

Job Role: Support Worker / Children's Residential Home. Location: Bury, Lancashire. Salary: 12.60 per hour plus additional sleep in rate of £62.64 per sleep-in Shift patterns - Full time or part time 16 - 24 hours per week working long days plus extra sleep in Full UK Driving licence is required. We are looking for a children's support worker to become part of our family home, caring for young people who have sometimes complex emotional difficulties and challenging behaviours. You would be the one providing individualised care and support to each child, helping them to develop their skills and abilities, and working closely with other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children in our care.
