About the Role : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Service Manager (RSM) to lead our team of care staff, nurses, and support workers. As RSM, you will be responsible for the overall management of the residential service, including the development and implementation of care plans, staff supervision and training, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders. This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a strong background in aged care, with experience in a similar management role. You will be a natural communicator, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. You will also be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
