Job Summary: The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an affordable multifamily property, including but not limited to: - Managing the property's budget and financial reports; - Coordinating with vendors and contractors; - Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements; - Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for residents; - Providing excellent customer service to residents. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or related field; - At least 3 years of experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager; - Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
