We work with world-class architects, interior designers, and contractors to create legacy-quality residences. ROLE OVERVIEW Rockwater Homes is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our residential projects from concept to completion. RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinating and leading project teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects. • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. • Collaborating with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. • Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues. • Managing and resolving conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project lifecycle. • Maintaining accurate records of project progress, costs, and timelines. • Providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project status and progress. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the residential construction industry. • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
