Residential Conveyancer – Whitchurch

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy and welcoming Conveyancing team based in Whitchurch. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated lawyer to manage a diverse residential property caseload in a supportive, professional and forward-thinking environment.

The Role:

You will handle a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• New-build property transactions
• Managing files independently from instruction through to completion
• Delivering exceptional client care and maintaining strong client relationships

This position offers the chance to take ownership of a varied caseload while benefiting from the support of an experienced property team

About You:

The firm is looking for a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer who brings:

• At least 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• A solid technical knowledge of residential property law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently
• Confidence in using IT systems and conveyancing case management software

Supervisory experience and business development skills would be an advantage but are not essential.
