Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive (CILEX) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive with over 2 years of experience to join a growing law firm in Dorset. This key position is with an established and highly respected firm that is looking for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to enhance its busy department. In this role, you will manage a full caseload from instruction through to post-completion, with many opportunities to develop your skills and expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential conveyancing, with experience of dealing with all aspects of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions. You will be responsible for managing a full caseload from instruction through to post-completion, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard and in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
