We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Site Supervisor for ground-up custom home builds to oversee the daily execution of high-end residential projects across Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville, Mississauga, and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a steady, detail-oriented construction leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, sequencing, and delivering homes that meet the highest standards.

As a Custom Home Site Supervisor, you will be the primary on-site authority for new home construction projects from excavation through final occupancy. You'll coordinate trades, enforce quality and safety standards, and ensure work is completed in alignment with drawings, schedules, and Ever After Homes' client-first philosophy. You'll work closely with Project Managers, designers, and trade partners to bring complex custom homes to life with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily on-site activities for ground-up custom home builds
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
• Execute construction sequencing correctly from foundation through finishes
• Maintain safe, clean, and well-organized jobsites at all times
• Verify work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and the Ontario Building Code
• Prepare sites for inspections and coordinate with inspectors as required
• Identify issues early and collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve them efficiently
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs and progress updates
• Uphold Ever After Homes' standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and client experience
• Act as a calm, confident on-site representative of the Ever After Homes brand

Qualifications

• 7 or more years of residential construction experience with a strong focus on custom home builds
• Proven experience supervising full-cycle new home construction projects
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, building systems, and structural assemblies
• Strong working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and inspection processes
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Compensation & Benefits

• Full time position
• 95,000 to 115,000 CAD
• Competitive compensation based on experience
• Mileage reimbursement for job-related travel
