Residential Coach

Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) or ARC(S) is a non-profit charity organisation dedicated to serving children and adults on the autism spectrum, to help these individuals lead meaningful and independent lives in society. ARC(S) offers a range of services and resources tailored to meet the growing concerns and needs of the autism community. As part of our continuum of services, we run a Residential Programme coupled with a supported living and training centre, and we invite passionate people who share our vision to join our team as a Residential Coach. The Residential Coach will be responsible for providing individualised support and guidance to residents, facilitating their personal growth and development, and ensuring their overall well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of autism and its impact on individuals and families, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Residential Coach will work closely with the Programme Manager and other team members to develop and implement individualised plans for residents, and will be expected to maintain accurate records and reports.
