Team Leader / Nursing Assistant - Nights
£13.50-£14 per hour
Within Eastington (GL area)

We are seeking a dedicated and confident Team Leader / Nursing Assistant to join the night team within a nursing and residential care home setting in Eastington. You will play an essential leadership role, ensuring high-quality care is delivered throughout the night and that all documentation and processes meet expected standards.

• Lead and support the night care team

• Safely and accurately administer medication

• Update and maintain care plans and assessments

• Review and check carers' documentation

• Prepare detailed handover notes and deliver effective handovers

• Report to and assist the Nurse in Charge (no nursing qualification required)

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience with medication administration

• Confident with care planning, assessments and documentation

• 19:30 - 08:00

• Every other weekend is required
