As a Residential Care Officer with Maxi Care Plus Pty Ltd, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides person-centred care to our residents. Your role will involve: Providing high-quality care and support to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management. Building strong relationships with our residents, their families, and other stakeholders. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Participating in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in residential aged care. Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all residents.
