We specialise in supporting people with disabilities living in supported accommodation and group-home environments. As a Residential Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to participants living in our supported accommodation and group-home environments. This includes but is not limited to: Providing person-centred support that upholds dignity, safety, and independence; Building positive relationships with participants, families, and other stakeholders; Coordinating and implementing individualised plans; Maintaining accurate records and reporting; Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of service delivery strategies. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting people with disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations.
