As a Residential Care Officer, you will be part of our dedicated team providing high-quality support services that make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with intellectual or physical disabilities, ensuring their needs are met and their rights respected. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders. • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive support services that meet individual client needs. • Identify and report any concerns or issues related to client care and well-being. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes. • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, occupational therapy). • 2+ years' experience working with individuals with intellectual or physical disabilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Understanding of person-centred approaches and the principles of disability support services.
