Job Description: You will perform as Resident of Work at the Colón 517 building located in Encino, Aguascalientes., you will be responsible for: 1. Making and delivering workshop plans to craftsmen. 2. Supervising that craftsmen execute the work according to the plans. 3. Monitoring the progress of the work and reporting any incidents or problems. 4. Coordinating with the construction team to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the project's specifications. 5. Maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the project. 6. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
