Employment type: Full-time As Resident Manager:in, you will take on a key role in our Hotel Wallerwirt and be responsible for ensuring a smooth operational flow of the entire hotel operation. In close cooperation with the hotel management, you will set the highest service standards and ensure that all employees are motivated and satisfied. Your tasks will include, but not be limited to: • Managing the front office team and coordinating the reception area • Ensuring the efficient handling of guest requests and complaints • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills • Coordinating with other departments such as housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity • Developing and maintaining relationships with guests, suppliers, and partners • Participating in the development of hotel policies and procedures • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
