Resident Leadership (m/w/d)

As a personnel agency in the Medical & Healthcare sector, medcareer are seeking an engaged Resident Leader (m/w/d) for a stationary care facility at Rödinghausen on behalf of a renowned provider. Your tasks: Responsible leadership and organization of a resident area
Planning, implementation, and evaluation of care processes
Leadership, guidance, and promotion of the care team
Creation and monitoring of duty rosters
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements
Your qualifications: Completed training in geriatric care, health or nursing care
Further education to become a Resident Leader or willingness to do so
Multiple years of experience in care, preferably in a leadership position
Outstanding leadership and social skills
Structured work style and organizational talent
