Planning, implementation, and evaluation of care processes
Leadership, guidance, and promotion of the care team
Creation and monitoring of schedules
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements
Your qualifications: Completed training in gerontology, health, or nursing
Prior experience in leadership positions, preferably in a care setting
Outstanding leadership and social skills
