This group of reservists consists of former professional military personnel who, after their farewell, remain connected to their unit. They remain available as a reserve. As a result, built-up knowledge and experience are retained for longer and their unit is better able to absorb peaks. As a reservist, you're already initially trained. You can therefore (after gaining some experience) take on more responsibilities within your unit. This way, you'll be able to contribute to the KCT's operations and missions.
