As a reservations assistant, you will be responsible for processing incoming bookings, answering customer inquiries, and providing information on our offers. You will also support the sales team with your knowledge of our products and services. Your tasks will include: • Processing incoming bookings and cancellations • Answering customer inquiries by phone, email or in person • Providing information on our offers and services to customers • Supporting the sales team with product knowledge • Maintaining accurate records of bookings and customer interactions • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations • Participating in training and further education to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
