We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reservationist to join a prestigious luxury hospitality property based in Cape Town. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail and understands that exceptional guest experiences begin long before check-in.

• Strong knowledge of reservations processes and systems

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple enquiries, bookings and guest requirements efficiently

• Confident handling of guest correspondence and telephone enquiries

• Strong computer literacy

• A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional service
