Job description
To support our Front Office & Reservations Team, we are looking for a new employee from March 2026 in full-time! Employment type: Full-time Your main tasks will include: Check-in and check-out of hotel guests as well as all preparatory activities Guest care during arrival and departure Acceptance of individual and company reservations in German and English Cash handling and settlement Input and maintenance of group and event information Preparation of room assignments and guest lists Coordination with other departments, such as housekeeping and food & beverage Processing of special requests and complaints Handling of lost and found items Vorbereitung von Zimmerzuweisungen und Gästelisten Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen, wie Zimmerreinigung und Gastronomie Bearbeitung von Sonderwünschen und Beschwerden Bearbeitung von verlorenen Gegenständen
