Reservations & Revenue Manager - Luxury Hospitality

Michael Page - Management and coordination of the Reservations department - Supervision of booking processes and optimization of flows - Constant collaboration with an external Revenue Management company to implement tariff strategies - Monitoring of KPI, pick-up, forecast, and sales results - Control of correct application of tariffs and distribution on various channels - Analysis of performance and reporting for management - Training of the Reservations team on procedures, systems, and sales strategies - Previous experience in roles such as Reservations Manager / Revenue Coordinator / Revenue Manager in high-level structures - Solid knowledge of booking systems and channel managers - Excellent analytical and organizational skills - Strong attitude to collaboration and inter-functional communication - Excellent knowledge of the English language (other languages are a plus) Luxury Hospitality Excellent career opportunity.
