Job description
As Reservations Manager within team NASA, you will lead a team of 3 employees (full-time and part-time) every day to create a unique and positive guest experience. You will be responsible for monitoring the occupancy rate and analyzing data to discover trends and seasonal patterns.
- Monitor the occupancy rate and analyze data to discover trends and seasonal patterns.
- Manage distribution channels in collaboration with Sales and Revenue.
- Responsible for individual and group reservations and function as a point of contact; additionally, provide operational support where needed.
- Improve revenue and quality by acting commercially and result-oriented.
- Intensive cooperation with Front Office, F&B, and M&E and participation in weekly Revenue meetings.
- Responsible for rosters, personnel planning, recruitment & selection, and evaluations (together with the Reservations Team Leader).
