Reservations Manager

Job description

As Reservations Manager within team NASA, you will lead a team of 3 employees (full-time and part-time) every day to create a unique and positive guest experience. You will be responsible for monitoring the occupancy rate and analyzing data to discover trends and seasonal patterns.

Manage distribution channels in collaboration with Sales and Revenue.
Responsible for individual and group reservations and function as a point of contact; additionally, provide operational support where needed.
Improve revenue and quality by acting commercially and result-oriented.
Intensive cooperation with Front Office, F&B, and M&E and participation in weekly Revenue meetings.
Responsible for rosters, personnel planning, recruitment & selection, and evaluations (together with the Reservations Team Leader).
