Job description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for starting May or by agreement
Head of Reservations (m/f/d)
- Receiving and processing reservations through various booking channels
- Creating offers via Reguest
- Professional and consistent staff management
- Preparation of Revenue Meetings
- Optimal management of rooms and occupancy
- Representation of the Head of Reception
- Support at the reception
- Good cooperation and communication between individual departments
- Adherence to Saratz Standards
