Reservations Executive

Location: Chennai Hotel Category: 5 Star Hotel Looking for Hotel Reservation Associate who will be responsible for handling guest booking requests, managing room reservations, and providing excellent customer service. This role ensures accurate reservation processing and contributes to maximizing hotel occupancy and revenue. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms Provide detailed information about room types, rates, availability, and hotel policies to guests Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservation requests and updates Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and room assignments Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience and minimize any disruptions Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
