As a key member of the reservations team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of reservations, including answering inquiries, processing bookings, and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will also involve working closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of reservations, including answering inquiries, processing bookings, and providing exceptional customer service. • Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our luxury property collection, including amenities, services, and unique selling points. • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding their reservations, including room assignments, special requests, and any changes or cancellations. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions with guests, colleagues, and external partners. Requirements: • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in reservations or sales. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
