Job description
- Acceptance and processing of individual and group bookings with the PMS OPERA in accordance with ACCOR standards
- Partially responsible for achieving hotel goals and RevPars
- Application of hotel pricing policy
- Daily segment and arrival control
- Maintenance of guest records
- Creation of group overview
- Creation of deposit invoices and verification of payment receipt in consultation with Accounting
