Join our team at Motel One, where we value appreciation, support, and individuality. As a Reservation Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest service and leading your team with empathy and organizational skills. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating, and training the reservation team.
• Creating work and vacation schedules.
• Conducting internal coaching, cross-training, and planning employee development sessions.
• Developing apprentices and overseeing reservations, overbookings, and options.
• Monitoring forecasts and revenue management to meet budget goals.
• Supporting the sales and front office teams during peak times.
• Representing the Assistant or Front Office Manager in their absence.
• Collaborating closely with sales, front office, and hotel management.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, a role model, and has strong hospitality skills. You should have:

• Training in hotel management or experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or customer service.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud and AI-supported revenue management systems is a plus.
• Passion for employee development and initial leadership experience.
• Excellent hospitality skills, quality awareness, and service orientation.
• Open, communicative demeanor with good manners and proficiency in German and English.
• Team spirit and willingness to support across departments.
