Reservation Agent (m/f/d)
- Creation of offers
- Booking individual room reservations and small groups into the PMS
- Receiving and booking table reservations
- Processing and following up on dated options
- Constant monitoring of communication channels for functionality and availability
- Dissemination of information to all affected departments
- Reviewing employed working methods, identifying optimization potential and participating in implementation
- Live and work centrally between Zurich and St. Gallen in the enchanting Appenzellerland
