Our client is a global consumer electronics leader with 120,000 employees across 78 countries and ranks as the top 3 in the world. We are looking for an experienced Research Team Leader to lead our team of researchers working on Large Language Models (LLM). The ideal candidate will have experience in leading research teams, strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: - Lead a team of researchers working on LLM projects; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new ideas and solutions; - Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities; - Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders; - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results; - Manage budgets and resources effectively. Requirements: - Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field (e.g., AI, ML, NLP); - At least 5 years of experience in leading research teams; - Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications; - Excellent communication and leadership skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Experience with PyTorch is expected.
