Research Scientist (Autonomous Driving Framework)

Position Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of autonomous driving frameworks. You will integrate mainstream perception, prediction, and planning technologies into a unified modeling system to support autonomous driving tasks across both urban and highway scenarios. Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of both one-stage (sensor-to-control) and two-stage (e.g., perception-planning decoupled) end-to-end models. Define model architecture and optimize performance using various techniques, such as data augmentation, transfer learning, and ensemble methods. Develop and integrate necessary software components, including but not limited to: sensor processing, mapping, localization, motion planning, and control algorithms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of autonomous driving frameworks into overall vehicle systems. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in the areas of computer vision, machine learning, or robotics. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB. Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras is a plus. Familiarity with Linux and containerization technologies like Docker is desirable. Certification in autonomous driving or related fields is an asset.
