Research Consultant / Senior Research Consultant in Qualitative Market Research with a focus on Finance, Healthcare & UX (m/f/d)

For our team at mindline explore, we are seeking reinforcement in qualitative market research with a focus on Finance, Healthcare, and UX.

We do not work according to a fixed school of thought but rather seek the appropriate research approach for each question. We combine qualitative depth with industry knowledge and consulting. Qualitative studies are often conducted in cooperation with our quantitative colleagues from the mindline group as a multi-method approach.

Responsibilities

Your tasks

• Independent conception and management of qualitative research projects
• Moderation of in-depth interviews, focus groups, UX tests, and other qualitative formats
• Management of qual-quant projects in an interdisciplinary team
• Consulting our clients from the research question to actionable recommendations
• Analysis, interpretation, and compelling presentation of results
• Presentations of results in German and English
• Involvement of colleagues, freelancers, and specialists depending on the project
• Meaningful use of AI and new analysis technologies

Qualifications

What is important to us

You have a good understanding of qualitative research and can independently manage research projects. You work analytically, listen well, and enjoy developing a clear story from complex findings.

Interest in Finance, Healthcare, and UX is important. Industry experience is a plus, but not a must – much can be learned.

We are open to different experience levels: from strong career starters to seniors. Those who already have extensive experience in the finance sector or bring their own client relationships can, in the long term, take on additional responsibility for the area with us.

You work in a small core team and simultaneously in the environment of the entire mindline group with around 150 colleagues from various research disciplines.
