As a Research Consultant, you’ll support the delivery of high-profile research programs across a major banking client. Working closely with experienced Senior Researchers and a Client Director, you’ll contribute to large-scale tracking studies, CX and NPS programs, and bespoke insight projects that influence how Australia’s biggest financial brands engage their customers.

What you’ll bring
- 2+ years’ experience in market research, insights, or analytics (agency or client-side)
- A solid grounding in quantitative research fundamentals
- Experience working on tracking, CX, or NPS programs (highly regarded)
- Hands on analytics experience in Q of SPSS
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting findings
- Solid project coordination and organisational skills
- Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative working style
- A supportive and knowledgeable insights team
- Hands-on experience with tier-1 banking and financial services clients
