Responsibilities: AI Research & Scouting: Conduct continuous research and scouting of AI-driven training solutions, identifying trends, and analyzing market developments. AI Platform Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve AI-powered tools and features, ensuring seamless integration with our client solutions. Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze and interpret large datasets to deliver actionable insights, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization. Strategic Initiatives: Support strategic initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to drive business growth. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., AI, Data Science, Computer Science). 2+ years of experience in AI research, data analysis, or a related field. Strong understanding of AI-driven training solutions and their applications in the financial industry. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
