Research and Development Technician (M/F)

Adecco § Job opening: We are looking for a Research and Development Technician (F/H) at 100%, ready to take on new challenges or agree: Responsibilities Ò Your missions:

• Participate actively in innovation and development projects in collaboration with project managers
• Coordinate and implement manufacturing and transformation processes for materials
• Be a driving force for continuous improvement and optimization of processes
• Get involved in the design, installation, and qualification of pilot lines for the development of new products
• Manage procurement of raw materials, consumables, tools, and safety equipment
• Realize and adapt blends/formulations and evaluate material quality and characteristics
• Ensure surveillance, maintenance, and management of certain technical equipment and participate in their acquisition
• Write and ensure the follow-up and document management of projects (test reports, protocols, results restitution)

Your profile:

• Superior technical training (Bachelor, Technician ES or equivalent) in materials, industrial processes, chemistry, or related field
• Confirmed experience in the materials sector, technologies for shaping or innovative production environment
• Mastery of common office tools
• Proactive, autonomous, and driving force with a real sense of initiative and great adaptability
• Meticulous, rigorous, and organized with a solid analytical and synthetic spirit
• Excellent interpersonal qualities with a true team spirit and effective communication
