Role Overview We are looking for an R&D Executive with hands-on experience in epoxy systems to develop and optimize formulations for adhesives, coatings, and related applications. The role involves lab-scale development, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting commercialization . Key Responsibilities Formulation Development Develop and optimize epoxy-based formulations for adhesives, coatings, and composites Select appropriate resins, hardeners, fillers, and additives Work on improving adhesive properties such as bonding strength, flexibility, and chemical resistance Investigate and resolve formulation-related issues Troubleshoot and optimize processes to ensure consistent product quality Support commercialization efforts by providing technical expertise and data-driven insights .
