Research Analyst

This role will be primarily responsible for idea generation & doing research on portfolio companies across diverse sectors under his / her coverage with the aim of outperforming the benchmarks & peers. He / she will also be responsible to do the research on broader economic indicators, sector dynamics along with timely help in day to day functioning of the Investment team. The role of an equity analyst is to analyze business model & financial data to forecast the company’s intrinsic value. This role will require strong analytical skills, ability to think critically and strategically, excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background preferably with a Master's degree in Finance, Economics or related field. He / she should also possess relevant experience in the financial industry, preferably as an equity analyst.
