We at Greenfield Technology develop innovative software solutions for companies, authorities, and public institutions based on the Low-Code platform from Pega and shape digital transformation processes for modern, efficient working. In close cooperation with our customers, we accompany the entire software life cycle – from the first idea to successful implementation.

Your Area of Responsibility

• You analyze, document, and test customer requirements with regard to feasibility and Pega functionality
• You create user stories for further use in the development teams
• You design workflows and shape the UX/UI of applications with, to promote an intuitive, user-friendly, and barrier-free experience
• You visualize solution concepts and workflows using App Studio to align with stakeholders
• You moderate workshops and meetings to capture requirements and foster a common understanding between business and IT
• You convey knowledge about Pega features and best practices and enable stakeholders to improve processes sustainably

Your Profile

• A completed degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Business Informatics, Media Informatics or non-traditional entrants with corresponding certifications or further education, e.g. IREB CPRE, UXQB or Pega Business Architect
• Experience as a Requirements Engineer, or ideally Pega Business Architect, including the creation of professional design concepts, flowcharts and process diagrams, as well as specifications and user stories for the implementation of business requirements
• Strong communication skills in dealing with customers to convey content clearly, involve stakeholders, and moderate meetings professionally
• Travel readiness and flexibility to work project- and customer-based
• Fluent German and English language skills
