To strengthen our expert team at our customer from the radio and communication industry, we're looking for a Requirements Engineer HF-Systeme (m/w/x) in permanent employment at K-tronik. We're excited to get to know you personally - and work together with passion and teamwork on exciting projects and future-oriented technologies.

Tasks:

  • Requirements Engineering: Structured collection, analysis, prioritization, and formal specification of system and software requirements for HF systems under special consideration of functional and non-functional requirements (performance, real-time, reliability, interfaces) - CPRE Methodology: Introduction and application of CPRE best practices (requirement types, quality criteria, review methods, prioritization, acceptance criteria) - Stakeholder Coordination: Moderation of workshops and reviews with product management, HF hardware, embedded software, test; clarification of requirements and responsibilities - Specification & Documentation: Creating clear, testable requirements including use cases and acceptance criteria; optional support through modeling (Enterprise Architect, Cameo Systems Modeller) - Toolchain Management: Building and maintaining the project in JAMA as the central requirements repository, as well as integration with JIRA and Confluence. Change management - Verification & Validation: Deriving test and validation criteria from requirements, accompanying verification activities, and performing traceability and consistency checks - Process Optimization: Establishing templates, review processes, and metrics for sustainable quality assurance of the requirements management

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering, computer science and software technology, mechanical engineering and mechatronics, systems engineering, physics (including applied physics), medical technology or similar education - Notable experience as a responsible requirements engineer for complex cyber-physical systems with high reliability and security requirements (e.g. HF/RF, automotive, avionics, industrial, MedTech) – notable projects/references - Certified Requirements Engineer (CPRE Foundation required; CPRE Advanced or equivalent further training preferred) and routine application of CPRE methods - Deep understanding of Safety /Reliability Engineering and Security in RE, ability to specify and secure safety and security requirements - Practice in deriving verification and validation criteria, close cooperation with V&V/test teams, as well as experience with traceability, impact/change, and risk management; optional MBSE/modeling knowledge (Enterprise Architect, Cameo/SysML) - Excellent moderation and communication skills for interdisciplinary workshops, self-directed, structured hands-on work style - Very good German and English language skills
